Simplified list of Raiding Rules for The Dreadnaughts.
Rule 1.) Do whatever you're told.
Explanation: There are up to 40 people in a raid, that means that you count for 2.5% of the entire raid. That's right, you matter a lot less than you thought. If you aren't a Priest, you matter even less. That being said, always do what the raid leader(s) tell you to do. If you don't you're allowing chaos to enter the raid. Chaos and disorder are the main causes for early Guilds to fail miserably in raids.
Therefore, even if you think that the order you've recieved will get your character KILLED you still do what you're told (and no, I don't care how much you know about the instance). If you cause chaos/disorder or multiple wipes, you can rest assured that your chances of getting loot have vanished. If you're enough of a pest, you may even get banned from a raid or two or even get booted from the Guild.
Long story short: If you don't follow instructions, you'll be punished.
Raiding is a whole different game and it's all about coordination and communication. If you've read this, send Heracio in-game mail telling him that you did. Prove to him that you're coordinated, up with communication, and care about the raiding future of The Dreadnaughts! That's all we need.
Your Guild Master

EXAMPLE: This means if Heracio or an officers screams "PULL THAT OFF THE PRIEST!" and you have 100hp, you damn well better do everythign to get that off the priest. Yes you will die, lose durability, and it may only save that preist for 3 seconds longer; but you may of saved 5-38 (you and the priest make 40) other peopls lives

Long story short: If you don't follow instructions, you'll be punished. "If they happen to institute a bare bottom spanking policy, let me go in your place. I don't want to see my comrades injured."

druid healers are just as important as priests themselves though you guys lead people to believe otherwise. i suggest you guys turn your false perceptions around or you'll be losing several up and coming druids who read this post

we were merely using the priest as an example.

priests are just an example is not the way it reads at all, definitely makes the implication that priests are most important class

Priests are the stereotypical healer. You are outside the box. Good man.

that doesnt remove the implication or make me any less irritated of that stereotyping being made by the guild leader
